A 67 year old woman was killed on Wednesday morning after being knocked down by a taxi near the Ayer Rajah Food Centre. The accident happened around 6:26 am along West Coast Drive towards West Coast Road.

The accident occurred on Saturday morning along the PIE towards Tuas, before the Thomson exit. Chua said that he was driving to school for a test when he spotted a man walking towards his lane. He was driving at about 80kmh in the first lane, he said. "I honked him but he still continued walking and I jammed my brakes and swerved to the right, causing him to impact on the left side of my car."

Last night, a 64 year old woman was severely injured after her husband accidentally drove his car into her. The husband then panicked, and drove into the pillars at a HDB block located about 10m away. The accident happened at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. Eye witnesses reported that the woman was lying on the ground with a pool of blood around her head, with a man of around 60s kneeling on the ground next to her looking distraught.
