The body of a 26 year old man was found at Jurong Lake at 8.10am this morning. The SCDF were alerted to a floating body at the lake and sent two fire engines, fire bikes and a support vehicle to the scene. The man was pronounced dead at the scene in a case of unnatural death. Police are investigating the case.

An elderly woman found herself stuck in between lift doors at a HDB block along Tah Ching Road, Jurong Lake today. In most cases, the lift's sensors would kick in and the doors would open again to release anybody or thing that is trapped in between.

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) is investigating its 3rd case of "unnatural death" in 5 days. According to eye witnesses, the SPF were called in after passersby alerted them to the floating body of a 64 year-old woman in Jurong Lake.
