FRESH GRADUATES NEED TO REFLECT ON THEIR SELF-ENTITLED MENTALITY OR LOSE OUT TO FOREIGNERS

Fresh graduates are pickier than before, and are willing to accept only jobs which pay more. Many do not take into account the quality of their resumes or their exam results. They do not think about working their way up. Why would employers pay more for Singaporeans who are less willing to work hard, as compared to foreigners who can be more capable and are willing to learn? Rather than question why there are no jobs available, fresh graduates should instead ask themselves why they should be hired. The mindset of Singaporeans must change in order for them to be more competitive in the job market.

MALAY MUSLIMS SHOULD NOT KEEP PLAYING THE VICTIM IN HIRING ISSUES BECAUSE IT MIGHT BACKFIRE ON THEM

Sometimes I wonder if it is good for Malays to take job hiring issues into the public because while they might get that company into the negative spotlight but the end consequences are it might cause a lot more bosses/companies out there to view the Malay Muslim community who use religious issues as a threat to force them to hire them and over time this might cause people to view Muslim people as too troublesome to hire. I write because I am worried for you and I don't know whether taking this course of action will end up helping the Malay community or harming themselves instead.

LAZY S’POREAN CIVIL SERVANTS OFFLOADING WORK TO CONTRACT STAFF

Some Singapore civils service agencies like IRAS, NEA has adopted an approach to offload work to contract staff while their full-time members sit back and relax. This should be absolutely condoned as these full time staff are paid much more than contract staff. I urge people looking for a job not to take up these jobs as these are exploitative In nature and u are being used by complacent lazy civil servants to exploit u . Singapore has maintained a policy of paying people who do more work or complicated work more , not the other way round.
