On 14 October 2015, District Judge Toh Yung Cheong sentenced four employees of the now-defunct Sim Lim square electronics shop Mobile Air to between 4 and 14 months jail for cheating unsuspecting customers. PRC COUPLE WHO PROTESTED IN THE MIDDLE OF BENDEMEER ROAD JAILED FOR FIVE WEEKS EACH

On Wednesday (9 September 2015), the PRC couple who knelt in the middle of Bendemeer Road outside the Ministry of Manpower office were each sentenced to five weeks imprisonment.
