So as you guys can tell from immediately criticising the Singapore Government upon my jail release, I am fine. Occasionally I might have felt shaken and depressed by all of this, but like all previous instances I managed to overcome. I think my arrest for ‘intending to wound religious feelings’ was most likely a political stunt by the Singapore Government to try to discredit me and silence dissent, they might have thought putting me in jail twice could be an effective deterrent, not effective enough apparently, so the fight continues!

A driverless car which appears to be under going testing, hit a lorry during it's trial. The side of the lorry was dented. The right bumper of the driverless car from NuTonomy was damaged. While it remains unknown who is at fault, the damages suggest that the driverless car had cut into the lane that the lorry was in.

Today i received the Information, that our friends Zul and Eric from Singapore finally got sentenced for organizing HolyCrit! They are facing two weeks in jail, a 7000$ fine (p.P.) and a 12 month revoke of their drivers licenses. Yeah this has nothing to do with us, but it has to do with our global community. Imagine facing a jailterm for organising a race. It´s unthinkable. Imagine to pay a shitload of money for gathering a bunch of people to do what we all love - cycling. I cannot imagine how Eric and Zul must feel right now.

33 year-old Tan Yeong Hong was sentenced to 15 months behind bars today after threatening to physically harm Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Facebook and assaulting 2 police officers sent to arrest him. Angered that he could not meet Mr Lee in person at a meet the people's session in June this year, Tan then wrote four threatening messages to Mr Lee: “Eh, you challenged me to visit your MPS but you are not here. I will find and stage an attack on you when I have information on your public appearances. You know who I am.” Tan also included his NRIC number and handphone number on the messages.

Everyone including Christians have the right to appeal against any court sentence. In this case, I feel that Kong Hee has the right to appeal if he thinks that he does not deserve the 8 year jail sentence meted to him by the district judge. However, reading his appeal statement truly upset me as he was using the Apostle Paul’s imprisonment case to justify his need to appeal as it seems to be biblical.
