ELD has yet another cock-up to answer for. A voter was unable to cast her vote as an eligible voter because the system apparently reflected that she has voted. This is a serious matter about the integrity of the electoral process.

The fact that GST is going to be raised sooner or later now does not even surprise Singaporeans anymore. So, is integrity really about telling Singaporeans in advance about the expected hike, or actually apologising to Singaporeans that all those noise about GST not being raised were in the end not true? Shouldn't DPM Heng, who is also the Finance Minister, show more integrity to Singaporeans by saying that the government could not fulfill its promise of just four years before, and thus apologise for this breaking of promise? That is integrity.

His statement smacks of him praising his party to high heavens. He might have forgotten PM Lee's promise during the last election campaign that GST would not go up, quashing WP's claims that it would. No matter, because according to Heng, just because you are upfront about the raising of GST it means you have integrity, past promises be damned.

SDP's Chee Soon Juan voiced his disagreement with DPM Tharman for defending his party's character while at the same time, hedging that he doesn't agree with all the tactics his party mates employ.

In Parliament today, ESM Goh Chok Tong lamented that the public Lee family squabble has been blown out of proportion but he was not concerned with the feud or the fate of 38 Oxley road. He warned instead that willful attacks such as those employed by Lee Wei Ling and Lee Hsien Yang would caused Singapore to slip into a third world country if public faith was eroded.

ESM Goh Chok Tong lashed out at Workers' Party's Png Eng Huat in Parliament today for merely reading out quotes from Lee Hsien Yang and Lee Wei Ling's Facebook instead of stating his position on the issue. "Anyone can simply read. That is akin to spreading rumour. As an honourable Member of Parliament, he should state his position on what he has read. That is what we are elected as MPs for - to have a clear view on issues". He invited Low Thia Kiang and other opposition MPs to state their stance clearly regarding PM Lee and the Government's integrity. Nevertheless, he also agreed with them that allegations against the PM are baseless, calculated, and should be stopped.

A football fan felt cheated that Messi will not be playing in tonight's match despite repeated assurance that he will turn up. He blamed the organisers for not having integrity and by making use of Messi's star-draw to make money. It has come to my attention that yesterday, a staff of Ripcurl from Marina Square has tweeted something distasteful about a customer she served yesterday. The staff, named XXXXX, tweeted the following: "Tdy customers so jinak me likey. This cust bought a top which makes her look likka sarung nangka, jut bcs I said it looks nice on her HAHAHA"

I want to share a true encounter this morning about an incident which a taxi driver ripped me off an additional 90 cents( it's just 90cents yes i know, but it's the behaviour and integrity that digusts me).

I shared with ASP Mohd Faizal about my unpleasant encounter with the two officers from NEA, I was shock when ASP Mohd Faizal threatened to charged me double (in his own words) for giving false statement to Singapore Police Force! The Singapore civil servants only know how to threatened commoner us. They thought they are the one who call the short, well behave Singapore citizens were at their own expend. I do not buy the idea that Singapore civil servants are on top of the law, we law abiding Singapore citizen will be forever be their victim!
