A 16 year-old boy claimed that his best friend’s mother had been sexually assaulting him for the past three months. According to a news report, the teenager had gone to meet his best friend in Chembur, Mumbai, at his house. While he was there, his best friend's mother allegedly spiked his soft drink, which made him lose consciousness. He later found himself stripped in a room, after which she forced herself upon him and recorded the act.

The horror and hardship of the Japanese Occupation of Singapore is not unfamiliar to those who have studied history, but a new project at the National Museum of Singapore (NMS) is set to take it to another dimension — capturing the smell of fear. The scent, called Fear, is one of 12 specially created to evoke different chapters of Singapore’s history featured at the museum’s Singapura: 700 Years exhibition. It was created to recall the smell of blood and sweat. It will be featured in the exhibition’s Syonan-To section about the Japanese Occupation during World War II.

TEENAGER ALLEGES YEARS OF RAPE BY FATHER, BROTHER, UNCLE

The father, uncle and brother of a 16-year-old girl in India were arrested after she accused them of raping her repeatedly over a period of two years. Police are looking for a group of 6 men who gang-raped a 74 year-old nun in West Bengal. The brave elderly nun had tried to stop the men from ransacking the convent school in Ranaghat early on Saturday morning before entering the convent itself. They first burgled the principal's office and classrooms before entering the convent itself. NEW CHARGES AGAINST INDIAN FT WHO DECAPITATED A WOMAN AND DUMPS HER INTO WHAMPOA RIVER

26 years-old Indian national Gursharan Singh was arrested and accused in court of murdering 33 year-old beautician Madam Jasvinder Kaur. Her decapitated body was found floating in the Whampoa River. Prosecution previously leveled one charge against Gursharan, but the courts ruled on Friday that Gursharan would be given a discharge not amounting to an acquittal. Prosecution later tendered two more charges against Gursharan for causing evidence of a murder offence to disappear and for failing to report the offence to a police officer.
