GRAB GIVES INCENTIVES TO DRIVERS WHO THEY LIKE, NO SYSTEM AT ALL

I am a grab full time driver. I have been working for grab since the last 7 months, but now only I found out that grab give incentive based on their incentive department deciding which driver get what kind of incentive. This is completely demoralizing for the driver like me who do almost 115 trips weekly but yet gets paid the lowest incentive, and I know some drivers who do a lot lesser trip but being paid a lot more incentive.

I have a friend drive grab recently, he started at January....he show me his account by hand phone...a day he drive about 10-11 hours, came out 7am drive to 2pm stop... and 5pm drive to 8pm or 9pm ....daily income about $200-250...before rental n oils...n 20% company take ...so, a day he earn about $80-120. I m thinking, if he drive $230 a days, Grab just taken him $46 a days...but his weekly incentive r $800... means, Grab r given him incentives $120 a days...it means grab r losing $74 a days...how Grab earn moneys?

S$1 MILLION REWARD FOR MEDIOCRE PUBLIC TRANSPORT PERFORMANCE

Giving out $1 million for these non-achievements is not going to solve any of our problems. It just makes LTA look like an incompetent regulatory body that is more interested in appearances than in achieving real results. The message seems to be: as long as you improve, even if it is by an insignificant amount, you deserve to get the huge incentive you were originally promised.

GOVT REWARDED SBS & SMRT S$1 MILLION DOLLARS FOR THEIR “IMPROVED” RELIABILITY

Public transport operators SMRT and SBS Transit (SBST) earned incentives of over S$1 million in total, for making bus service improvements under the Bus Service Reliability Framework (BSRF) trial being carried out to improve the regularity of bus arrivals. The Land Transport Authority (LTA) said the trial – which rewards operators for improvements and penalises them if reliability worsens – has shown “encouraging results” with improvements, with 18 of the 22 services that are part of the exercise improving enough to earn incentives.
