STAY ALERT! An alarm bell immediately went off in my head. Do be careful everyone. Electronic scams are common. Received a similar message from "Facebook" too. This is not DBS.

Singapore Facebook user Sherry Ong received Facebook private messages from a personal friend who sought help to with cash flow problem with promise to return the funds at a later time. However, Sherry found the request suspicious and proceeded to ask a few questions to verify the authenticity of the person behind her friend's Facebook profile. She was right. It turned out that her friend's account was breached.
