This time around, diners at Heng Long Teochew Porridge which is located at Upper Serangoon Road, were interrupted by two groups of customers fighting in the early hours of Sunday morning. The police were alerted to the case at 3:26am, and arrested six people between the ages of 25 and 40 at the scene.

According to reports, 4 customers destroyed a teochew porridge food stall located along Upper Serangoon Road over a $28 bill dispute which spiraled out of control. They had ordered porridge, pomfret and several side dishes. The customers were allegedly upset with the $28 charged for their food and flipped over a marble table in anger. The table shattered on the floor and the culprits threw chairs all over to smash the stall up.
