HDB DEPLOYS NEW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE TO DEAL WITH MOTORISTS WHO PARK ILLEGALLY

The Housing Development Board has launched a new wave of mobile enforcement vehicles, which are designed to patrol car parks in the many HDB estates throughout Singapore to weed out errant motorists who take up season parking lots without valid parking passes. The new initiative is intended to reduce enforcement agencies' reliance on manpower, and enforcement officers have already been spotted making their rounds in car parks in their new vehicle.

In the May 2013 BTO launch – Sembawang Eastbank, Eastbrook and [email protected] were selling 4-room flats from $225,000. This is an increase in the lowest priced 4-room flat by 5.8 per cent. WOMAN IN SENGKANG VIDEO SAYS DISPUTE ONGOING FOR A DECADE

A video of 2 men fighting outside of a HDB unit in Seng Kang has gone viral, leaving netizens questioning when and where the video was taken. In the video, an uncle in a green shirt was seen challenging a man in white behind the gate of his HDB flat. The uncle demanded to know why his neighbor had shouted rudely at his wife and told him that he was lesser of a man for bullying a woman. Visibly angered by the uncle's words, the man in the HDB flat unlocked his gate and dashed out, raining punches onto the uncle who was unable to fend off his attacker. Despite trying to throw off his attacker several times, the man in white continued to rain countless blows on the uncle in green until the video's conclusion.

In the past 3 years, towers of new flats have sprouted in my area. i did a count with a total 10 new sites, each 600 units. Tat would be be 18,000 new votes based on avg family count of 3. My area was a 20,000 people estate and last G.E., PAP has 57%. this phenomenon can be seen all over the country. Its GAME OVER people. U can vote against PAP all u want...they still gonna win big after all the new citizens they bring in.

LANDLORD RENTED ROOM TO PRC TENANT, ENDED UP WITH RATS

Since today, wife and I have been living in fear... of RATS! This is all because of the previous tenants, who did not keep the room clean. We regret trusting the owner's words about this place. HDB SHOWS NO COMPASSION FOR STROKE PATIENT DESPITE MP APPEAL

To my surprise, the HDB replied to me that the rental rate for me is lower than the market rate and asked me to understand them.
