BOY HURT AFTER FOOT GETS STUCK IN DRAINAGE HOLE, HDB HUB STAFF NEGLIGENT DESPITE NUMEROUS FEEDBACK

On the date of 11th Jan 2017, i went shopping with my son at Toa Payoh HDB Hub level 3 Kiddy Palace. Upon reaching there, my son wanted to visit the toilet to relieves himself and so we went to the male toilet at that level. Whilst washing our hands at the wash basin area, my son suddenly cried out in pain!! I turned my head to look at my son whom was standing right on my left side, he was already in tears and his hands holding his right ankle, i looked downward and saw his right foot which is already struck in this ugly lookinghole on the floor!!

COUPLE WITH 5 KIDS FACE HDB EVICTION FOR OWING 3 MTHS RENTAL WORTH $239

My husband just got terminated from his job and now is on part-time odd job basis while going for full time job interviews. Recently, I’ve received letters from the HDB and SP services regarding my overdue bills – HDB rental owed is $170 (plus late charges) and the SP services $239. The rent each month for our rental unit is $44 and I owed HDB 3 months. I’m particularly worried about all the bill letters they sent recently because they will restrict our water supply and we also need to vacant our unit if we continue to owe them money.

From faulty and malfunctioning lifts to sewage pipes bursting to cracks in BTO flats, HDB and PAP town councils have seen it all, despite claims of estates under the PAP being well-managed in the MND's annual Town Council Management Report.
