3 years back I bought a groupon for eyebrow embroidery, after much sales talk (and obviously thinking the package is good), I signed up for a 4D embroidery package inclusive of 1 free touch-up. I was advised by the specialist I have to touch up within 1 year for it to be complimentary. As I went back more than a year later, I paid additional $80 for the touch up price. Specialist advised again that at anytime I feel the color ran off, I could go back and do my touch-up anytime at $80.

BEWARE OF GROUPON SG 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE RAIDERE X

I hope you can post my story up on your wall and warn consumers about Groupon SG so called 3rd party delivery services named Raidere X. Apparently, mine is not the only case. My girlfriend ordered something from Groupon SG and the parcel is to be delivered to my office as I had agreed to help her to collect it. Foremost, This Malay delivery guy called me and told me that my parcel is here BUT he needs me to go down and collect it personally and if I dont, he will need to leave the premises as nobody is looking after his truck of goods. Look after? You mean the whole truck will be stolen just because you did a delivery??

NEVER BUY ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS FROM GROUPON, THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE!

I bought (ICool 50,000 mAh quad-port power bank) on mid December last year. To my surprise, I could only use this charger for 2 weeks! When I used it on first week, I could charge my Samsung notebook and iPhone quite a few times. On the second week, when the charging capacity reached 58, it turned to zero immediately. I will never buy technology products from Groupon anymore!

GROUPON CONTINUES TO SELL VOUCHER FOR RESTAURANT THAT CEASED OPERATIONS SINCE DEC

This made me speechless. This is the ultimate. We made a reservation yesterday for today at Fung Ding Hung. We bought a Groupon voucher for this place. I brought my mother in law, wife and daughter for dinner. We were greeted with this. An empty shop. I don't understand how a vendor of yours could take in my reservation when they have ceased operation. (Note that we called in yesterday at the number 6333 9846) I checked with a neighbouring restaurant and they said they have closed since 10 Dec.

IS GROUPON OVERWHELMED BY CHRISTMAS ORDERS OR IN DEEP TROUBLE?

I recently made purchases with Groupon but they have failed to deliver products. It's not just me alone, many others have not received theirs too. After much spamming on their FB page, they finally replied (with a templated reply in fact), claiming that their Customer Care Office is flooded with calls & emails thus they are unable to pick up any calls now or that their Customer Care & Social Media are of different teams. When we tried calling, we get automated reply saying that the office is closed (for 2 weeks now btw).

TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR GROUPON CUSTOMERS AT AZMAYA HONTEN BUFFET

We arrived at 6:45pm at Azmaya Honten and was greeted by 2 service crews. Upon confirming my reservations, one of the two said that I couldn't have the table as she thought I had booked a table for Ala carte, not using a groupon voucher. She treated me indifferently immediately. She became extremely rude, she rolled her eyes and insisted that I told her I was having Ala carte not groupon buffet. She said I lied and she was pissed at me, what?????? Then she keeps shaking her head, smirk, rolled her eyes.

S’PORE GROUP BUYING WEBSITES USING UNETHICAL TACTICS ON UNSUSPECTING BUYERS

The current group-buying market in Singapore seems to be in a very bad shape. AllDealsasia has stopped selling products of it's own on their site, and only aggregate products from other group buy sites on their website, while Groupon has shrinked their entire operations in Singapore and almost all of their operations has now been moved away from Singapore with the exception of just 1 office in Singapore. Over the past few months, an alarming increasing number of customers who had purchased from Groupon did not receive their orders / delayed orders.

CUSTOMER UPSET WITH QUESTIONABLE DELIVERY PRACTICES BY GROUPON

Groupon offered an item directly (and not through a third party merchant) for sale on its website and committed to delivery within seven days. I bought the item and made payment on 20 Jul 15. When I did not receive the item by 29 Jul 15, I contacted Groupon only to be told that they have despatched through their courier, that it was up to me to liaise with their courier for the status and that the 7 day delivery timeline was not binding n it. On checking against the waybill number provided by Groupon, I discovered that Groupon cancelled delivery on 25 Jul 15 and only re-despatched the item again on 28 Jul 15. No explanation was given as to why the initial delivery was cancelled.

[COMPLAINT] WHY IS GROUPON SECRETLY CHARGING 50 CENTS EXTRA FOR SO CALLED “INTERNATIONAL” PURCHASES

Hi I would like to warn all Groupon users when making purchase through the Groupon website.. They have been secretly collecting from their buyers an extra 50cents for what they so called international purchase.. When I called up Groupon, they just say its for international purchase therefore will charge 50cents more...this is obviously cheating... why is buying on Groupon Singapore considered an international purchase?
