5-STAR HOTEL REFUSE TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT, STILL CHARGE $200 EXTRA

A customer complained about a 5-star hotel, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, and its customer service staff who refused to return him his deposit and ended up charging him $200 extra. She forgot that he paid the full deposit and wanted to charge him more despite him insisting that he already paid $300 up front.
