TAXI DRIVERS GOT SGREANS MOVING IN CNY, GAIN CITY GIVES OUT HAMPERS TO THEM

Gain City had just announced that as a gesture of goodwill during this period of CNY celebrations, they will give hampers to about 100 taxi drivers each day to show the appreciation to the taxi drivers for working through the holiday weekend. The hamper consists of free lunch, a pack of rice, and oranges, and the taxi drivers can claim these hampers at Gain City's HQ at Sungei Kadut, This offer will be ongoing till the 3 February.

DIRECTOR FROM GAIN CITY WENT TO CUSTOMER’S HOUSE TO INVESTIGATE INSTALLATION PROBLEM

I would like to share with you on the follow up actions with Gain City. One of the directors from Gain City actually came down to do a thorough more detail investigation and found that there was another hole on the wall. Upon testing, that hole could be the potential spot of leakage. Was not the area that we discuss earlier. Some advise has been given how to touch up that area. The director had also promised to look into my cousin’s tv problem. I would like to express my gratitude to the team that came down to relook at the installation and finally found the root cause to it.

GAIN CITY CLIENT COMPLAINS ABOUT POOR SERVICE, GETS BLOCKED ON THEIR FB PAGE

I made an aircon installation with Gain City in March due to the extremely hot weather. The weather was dry till recently when it starts to pour heavily. I then realized that rain water had actually seeped through and flooded my room from where the aircon unit was installed. I made queries with Gain City but was to no avail and all they could do was to refer me to another person all the time, shifting responsibilities. I made a posting on their facebook page about their bad customer service and to my dismay, my post was deleted and I was blocked by their admin. I am shocked by Gain City’s action as a service provider.

GAIN CITY MISSED APPOINMENT, TOOK 7 WEEKS TO FIX MY AIRCON

Gain City has the worst service standards and are not apologetic about it. It took me over 7 weeks for Gain City to solve my aircon problem. I only went to them ONLY because I have a servicing contract with them. Despite this, their service really sucks.( NO more after this!) In mid March, I complained that the aircon was not cold. Was told that a gas pressure test is required . This took 2 weeks for a date to be given. Seems that only one team to service all over singapore for this test. OK fine. After testing, claimed pipe leaking. No report, no nothing. OK Fine. Then gave me another date 2 weeks later for sales team to come down and provide quote. By now already in mid April . On said date, nobody turned up. I called and they claimed no appointment but after checking again, found the appointment. They then told me the cost ( now no need to go down to view so wasted my time waiting! Seems odd that they cant find appointment but can give quote when earlier they said only sales team can quote) . I had to wait another 2 weeks for repair- they could not prioritise even after acknowledging they were at fault for missing appt- so they don't care even if they made a mistake. So altogether over 7 weeks - completed in MAY.
