Our reader informed us about another water pipe that burst at Bukit Batok. According to him, it has been pouring for a long while without authorities taking action to stop the leak. Why so many bursting pipes there?

Yesterday (20 Jan) at Belle Vue Residences, a driver almost drove her car into the fountain of the condominium. A passer-by was shocked to see a red vehicle tilted towards the fountain, with the front bumper almost in contact with the water.
