A reader messaged us to tell us that last Friday, she had visited the Food Republic foodcourt at the basement of Shaw House along Scotts Road. She went to a new stall selling prawn mee and had placed an order for a plate of fishballs which cost $1.20. When she received the dish, she was shocked to see that there were only 4 meagre pieces of fishball on the plate.

Colleague bought YongTauFoo for lunch today from a coffee shop at Queen's Street and saw a horrifying 1 inch nail in a half-cut fishball. When confronted, stall owner claimed that it wasn't his fault as the fishballs were supplied by a supplier named "Ee Hui Food Manufacture Pte Ltd".

Awful and disappointing!! An awful experience at EAT. IMM outlet! Recently i went to have noodles at your IMM outlet. I'm utterly disappointed with your staff dishonesty. I ordered my usual favorite minced pork noodles and my friend ordered fishball noodles soup. When the food was presented to us, the fishball were partially black. When I try to dip the fishball in my soup, the black stain is still on it.
