FERNVALE TOWN COUNCIL STAFF USE LOANSHARK TACTICS TO SHAME OFFENDING RESIDENTS?

I am a resident of your ward. Are you aware of what your town councils guys are doing over here at Fernvale today? I know it's only right to give reminders that the spaces at the stairwells shouldn't be abused and bicycles, flower pots or anything that block the way should be removed. When I came back home I was informed by my mum that she was brought to attention by my neighbour that a piece of paper was pasted on the corridor naming my house unit as the culprit/owner of the pots! Whats the difference between you all and the loan sharks? Loan sharks also play the same "game" no?

FERNVALE RESIDENTS: WE EXPECT HDB TO REFUND BACK OUR DEPOSITS

We believe that if there were information which could help HDB to fetch a better price for the BTOs (eg. Mall, LRT stations, amenities etc), HDB would surely have put them up prominently and affirmatively. We expect HDB to do likewise for information (eg. Columbarium) that may make the flats less attractive to most buyers and thus, fetch lower prices for HDB. These are not “isolated cases” but happened in a massive scale. Thus, we feel that HDB should not treat our demand for refund without other penalties as a case by case basis. HDB should be more transparent and fair in dealing with all those who wanted a full refund.
