For the position of an Associate which is far below a director, it requires at least 1-2 years working experience, preferably in a top-tier private equity, investment bank, corporate finance, M&A or research firm. It is also important for me to understand the difficulties our cleaners face. And so the best way to understand is to experience it first-hand, which I did today. It was a physically exhausting experience but I also experienced something beautiful. I experienced how Hanif was clearly well-loved by the community and how he is so full of smiles. His first work stint will be at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital where he will experience the life of a healthcare worker, he claims he "will do everything a healthcare worker does in his or her normal shift and do an actual shift at the hospital".
