The Court's judgment that Section 377A is "unenforceable" is a partial achievement for the LGBT community. But the fact that it remains show that gay men are still seen as criminals - that is unacceptable.

NUS has demanded ex-student Jeanne Ten to remove her blog post which crowdfunded for legal fees against the university. It warned her that it will enforce its legal rights against her if she did not take the posts down. This comes a little too late as she has already reached her goal of $5000. Jeanne thanked donors for their contributions and said: "I will not give up the fight. Please continue to support me".

HDB as landlord and property owner is useless, they allow town councils to mismanaged their estates. In the past, Singapore used to be spotlessly clean and now we are no better than any 3rd world countries. There are laws enacted by both HDB and SCDF but these are not enforced by their agents, the town councils.
