Yesterday's report of a toddler undergoing surgery after getting rammed by a reckless e-scooter at the Marina Bay Sands area was met by outrage from local netizens. One eyewitness Leon Li came forward and shared more details on what happened that night. The girl was allegedly rammed by a Pokemon Go player on an e-scooter who was chasing after the rare pokemon Lapras.

On 17 September 2016 at about 10-11am, my mum got hit by a person riding an E Scooter/Bike at either Pasir Ris Block 531 or Pasir Ris Drive 6. This is the report provided by the ambulance. The details of what happened are not clear. My mum was most probably riding a red bicycle but we do not know where her bicycle is right now.

A friend was hit from a hit and run E-scooter rider and been threw off bike and flew a distance of 10-15m away from his bike. The E-scooter rider was speeding along the PCN towards the PA Boat Association playing Pokemon game.
