Bought something online from Japan and reached Singapore this morning. Speedpost courier picked it up for delivery at 0913. At 1517, the status changed to unsuccessful delivery due to inclement weather. I have read online that many people are pissed off with Speedpost/Singpost services. Can Speedpost courier decides not to deliver because he/she thinks that there is inclement weather? I am not sure about other parts of the island but there is definitely no inclement weather in the area I stay.

WHY DOES KFC DELIVERY ALWAYS SCREW UP MY SIMPLE ORDERS?
I had ordered a delivery for 2 cheesy melt on Sunday 25 October, and both of them are cold and the cheese inside have not even melted yet. Everytime I send an order they will give me 'small mistake ' like sending me a crispy chicken when I order original, but that kind I didn't care or mind, but when I order cheesy melt thinking they can't make any mistakes with that and I'm wrong. They sent me a cheesy bbq UNMELT. Kfc and their staffs are really ridiculous.

On checking against the waybill number provided by Groupon, I discovered that Groupon cancelled delivery on 25 Jul 15 and only re-despatched the item again on 28 Jul 15. No explanation was given as to why the initial delivery was cancelled.
