NTUC definitely have poor delivery service. The delivery service make me wait and wait. On the day they reschedule to turn up, they did not turn up again. My order supposed to be sent on the 17th January, anytime between 6pm to 10pm. I waited until 11pm, but still no sign of them. Not a single call or message from the deliveryman or customer service. What is happening NTUC? Why this very bad delivery service?

Fairprice Online customer service really cannot make it. When I requested for a change in delivery date, they flatly refused my request. But at the last minute, they could just give me a call to change it to another day after I have rescheduled my appointments to accommodate their inflexibility. Now they flatly refuse to make any service recovery and told me that the store will hold my delivery items for up to a month or a year if I am travelling and am unable to accommodate them on their rescheduled date. So what happened to all my perishable food?

Whenever I see the missed delivery slip on my door, I always suspect that they never really try to deliver their packages. So I decided to spring a trap.

Ordered some stuff online in very early jan from china, by right should reach mid to late jan, now 1 month late already, i finally found out the parcel is on its way back to sender! Our family is always at home, and even if we aren't, they should have left a note. No knock, no note, no calls, no emails, no news, no nothing. I heard these singpost postman if knock less than 5 seconds no one open, they fast fast zao already. Service is crappy, now ask me to pay $21 to retrieve the item when not my fault. Funniest thing is, the parcel is already someway back to china dunno since when, they can managed to retrieve the thing in 1 day! seems something fishy is going on.

Call any fastfood delivery and provide your neighbour's address and phone number. Remember, you have to make a huge order. Step 3. Wait for food to arrive, and observe your neighbour complaining to deliveryman that they didnt order food at all. Then watch them reluctantly pay for the food in the end.

I hope you can post my story up on your wall and warn consumers about Groupon SG so called 3rd party delivery services named Raidere X. Apparently, mine is not the only case. My girlfriend ordered something from Groupon SG and the parcel is to be delivered to my office as I had agreed to help her to collect it. Foremost, This Malay delivery guy called me and told me that my parcel is here BUT he needs me to go down and collect it personally and if I dont, he will need to leave the premises as nobody is looking after his truck of goods.
