Deliveroo Discriminates Against Cyclist Riders By Prioritising Orders To Motorcyclists

I have being working with deliveroo for three years plus. From what i know deliveroo was started by using cyclist as thier main rider, but i come to realise that deliveroo company in singapore has being unfair to cyclist.

Hoards of bubble tea fans dying to have a taste of this drink rushed to cluster queue or made delivery orders on 21 April 2020 night. In some instances, there were so many orders that staff were overwhelmed. This caused some tempers to flare and staff being shouted at. However, a positive story surfaced despite this rowdy time. Just like any company Deliveroo is also trying to follow Uber Eats and Honestbee's drastic ways to cut operation cost. Instead of choosing to operate with a team of reliable standby riders they now opt to switch the entire team to pay-per-order. I think we all know how that impacts operation (Just look at. the miserable UberEats) Here's a really nasty way Deliveroo chose to treat many of it's loyal riders and cyclists. They have been sending new pay-per-order riders sms and emails to get online "as orders are raining in due to sky breaking demands" , and send standard template emails to old birds to terminate us on the excuse of long delivery time and ignoring orders
