Came across this photo while I was surfing online. This is what i think is People's Park Complex in Chinatown. Look at the picture closely. Do you think the floor marked in red is a bit warped? Wonder if this means danger or not? How to report this? Better check the building,since this is quite an old building? Or is it just because of the camera angle, that makes it look bad, when in fact, this is just normal?

A 42 year-old Singaporean housewife and her 16 year-old daughter were in for a rude shock yesterday afternoon when their washing machine, which had been washing their laundry for 10 minutes or so, suddenly burst into flames and exploded.

I saw this ridiculous image shared showing resident hanging their laundry out of their windows! This is not the designated area to hang their bamboo poles out but they did anyway. this is putting other residents life at risk.!!! What if a child or old folk is downstairs when the poles drop on them? Can you be responsible for their injury or maybe death?
