OH NO, IKEA TO STOP SELLING CHICKEN WINGS FROM 23 MAY!

IKEA will stop selling its chicken wings from next week onwards. The Swedish brand has decided to review its food quality after many disgruntled customers complained about the drop in its food standards, specifically its chicken wings. It is uncertain as to when they will start selling them again.

"We are aware that our chicken wings have not been meeting our customers' satisfaction recently, so we have decided to stop selling them temporarily from 23 May so we can improve on it. Together with our supplier, we are committed to providing quality food products for everyone. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued support. We hope you're looking forward to the relaunch as much as we are."

RASA RASA CATERING ACCUSE CUSTOMERS OF NOT PAYING AND DEMANDS RECEIPT

I would like to report a case over allegation from a catering company named rasa rasa catering after 6 months later they call to informed me i had not paid for a catering that was done in 31 jul 2015. The accounts called n insist that i did not pay n demanded for the receipt. Fortunately i did keep but definitely furious about this allegation.

FOOD COURT MANAGER CHASED US OUT BECAUSE WE ONLY BUY HOT WATER TO DRINK

This incident happened today 30 December at 2.45pm. We were walking around People's Park Complex. As i was wheeling my elderly auntie, she was tired so we decided to stopped by a small eatery to have a drink. I went to the drinks counter and asked politely can i buy a glass of hot water as i was having some medication. Some random guy in their coffeeshop uniform ( malaysian ) said they CANNOT SELL HOT WATER TO ME cause I did not order any food from their stall.. Fine, went to our seat. Five minutes later, one of them came by and chase us away..

AUNTIE JUMPS QUEUE AND COMPLAINS ABOUT KFC COUNTER STAFF

However when is her turn to order (in front of me) she ordered the 2.90 blueberry pancake(2 sets), after which she requested for two cup of hot water. The counter staff obliged, giving her two cup of hot water in plastic cups. But the elderly auntie was so unhappy and demanded a bigger cup in those paper cup meant for coffee. The counter staff then say she will give another cup lo but put in plastic cup. Then my turn i order as per usual. Then i saw the elderly untie went to the counter manned by the slow auntie. She then complain to her that the previous staff so stingy, give her so small cup, also proceed to point finger at the staff. Im like omg, at first u say the elder staff is slow then u jump to my counter but then u accuse her of being stingy lolol

HOW THE DIFFERENT NATIONALITIES BEHAVE IN A SHOE SHOP

I work at a shoe shop and I always encounter different types of people, especially from foreign countries. I work long hours and have a small but still-can-manage pay, but I particularly can't stand the times when I encounter certain kinds of nasty foreign nationals when they come to my shop. It's not just foreigners, but even some locals I also can't stand them.

Customers should be gracious towards service staff

I refer to the Sunday Life! Report “I am the customer, I have the right to call you stupid” (May 4). Ungracious customer behavior spoils image of the service industry as service staff are treated badly by customers. There is a need for better etiquette and common courtesy by customers. It is hard to give good service too when a customer behavior is questionable.
