EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STAFF AT SHAW THEATRES NEX

My cousin gave me 4 shaw premier tickets for star wars showing on the 19Dec'15 at 2305hrs at Shaw Theatres nex and eventually my 3 friends and I proceeded to watch it. Just when we alrdy comfortably settled ourselves in the cinema hall, a couple of the theatre's staffs approached us and said that the seats we were on were actually taken by 4 other customers.

MY POOR AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE WITH NISSAN’S TAN CHONG MOTORS

I changed my car from a Toyota to a Nissan last month. Toyota is the Number 1 seller in Singapore. Nissan is Number 4. My Toyota car was a very good car. The Nissan car is equally good. Yesterday, I brought my car in to Tan Chong Motors for the 1st 1000km servicing. The quality of service between Borneo Motors and Tan Chong Motors is very different. Borneo service staff was very attentive, courteous and helpful. Tan Chong service staff was indifferent. GENTING’S LOUSY ATTITUDE TOWARDS NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING OLD FOLKS

My parents received text about Genting giving complimentary stay and as they do not know how to speak both english and mandarin, only teochew and dialects, they told me to help them to call and book the room which I did. I called and made a reservation and explained why am I calling instead of my parents as they do not know how to make reservation and also language barrier, the reservation officer (Mr. Salleh) insisted that they want to my parents to call in which i kept repeating the problem my parents are facing, is there any exception case for this type of situation.

I would like to draw your attention towards the Intolerant and Unacceptable behavior and arrangement that we have to face every time while we fly Singapore Airline, the so called best Airline in the World. TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR GROUPON CUSTOMERS AT AZMAYA HONTEN BUFFET

We arrived at 6:45pm at Azmaya Honten and was greeted by 2 service crews. Upon confirming my reservations, one of the two said that I couldn't have the table as she thought I had booked a table for Ala carte, not using a groupon voucher. She treated me indifferently immediately. She became extremely rude, she rolled her eyes and insisted that I told her I was having Ala carte not groupon buffet. She said I lied and she was pissed at me, what?????? Then she keeps shaking her head, smirk, rolled her eyes.

TANG TEA HOUSE PRC WAITRESS LEARNT MALAY TO SERVE CUSTOMERS BETTER

I went to Tang Tea House for lunch just now. These days even Halal food outlets employ PRC. There was this waitress. She spoke with a Mainland accent. But what struck me was that she made the effort to learn Malay and took my order in Malay. I am a very happy customer. I patronize Tang Tea House because they trained their staff very well especially the foreigners.
