BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BUZZ COZ CUSTOMER PAID FOR $2.10 ITEM WITH $50 NOTE

I was trying to purchase a popping candy (that has 20 sachets inside) for $2.10. I had only 2 $50-note in my wallet (I even showed the cashier) hence I paid with 1 $50-note. Upon receiving the cash, the cashier asked if I had a smaller note, so I dug up a 20-cent coin hoping that it helps. So it did and he changed me a 10-cent coin and he said he did not have enough change so he had to break into $2-notes for me. So I had no choice but to accept [1. Why would a small 'mama' shop not have enough small change since their products are sold in smaller amounts] He took out 9 $2-notes and 2 $10-notes and asked me to count $38-dollars total and so I did. I counted twice and repeated '对三十八块' ('Correct, it's $38') and he passed me another 4 $2-notes and I was shocked. And I told him 'Uncle, 三十八加八是四十六Leh' ('Uncle, 38 plus 8 is 46 Leh')

DIRECTOR FROM GAIN CITY WENT TO CUSTOMER’S HOUSE TO INVESTIGATE INSTALLATION PROBLEM

I would like to share with you on the follow up actions with Gain City. One of the directors from Gain City actually came down to do a thorough more detail investigation and found that there was another hole on the wall. Upon testing, that hole could be the potential spot of leakage. Was not the area that we discuss earlier. Some advise has been given how to touch up that area. The director had also promised to look into my cousin’s tv problem. I would like to express my gratitude to the team that came down to relook at the installation and finally found the root cause to it.

GAIN CITY CLIENT COMPLAINS ABOUT POOR SERVICE, GETS BLOCKED ON THEIR FB PAGE

I made an aircon installation with Gain City in March due to the extremely hot weather. The weather was dry till recently when it starts to pour heavily. I then realized that rain water had actually seeped through and flooded my room from where the aircon unit was installed. I made queries with Gain City but was to no avail and all they could do was to refer me to another person all the time, shifting responsibilities. I made a posting on their facebook page about their bad customer service and to my dismay, my post was deleted and I was blocked by their admin. I am shocked by Gain City’s action as a service provider.

MAN DEMANDS TELCO CONTRACT TO BE VOID AFTER STARHUB SERVICE SCREW UP

I visited Starhub Shop at Plaza Singapura on the 14th of March 2016 to perform a transfer of ownership. I specifically informed your staff Leonardo that I want it to be nominated under my father's name. Which he said ok. But when my bill arrived I was not nominated under my father name for the discount. Moreover what's worse is that I was overcharged for not only my number but also my father's number which was under my name.

KIND BUS CAPTAIN URGE COMMUTERS TO GIVE UP SEAT TO LADY WITH TODDLER

This morning at about 10.15, I took a SMRT bus 859B (Licence plate no SMB 3149 X)at the bus stop opposite Blk 491 Admiralty Link. The driver, a Malay man in his twenties ( I couldn’t get his name)seemed reluctant to continue and kept looking towards the back of the bus. After about a minute of waiting, he walks towards the back and tells a female passenger who is standing to have a seat. The passenger is carrying a toddler. Despite her declining, he politely tries to persuade her to sit down, telling her that it may be uncomfortable and dangerous to stand. This prompts another passenger to persuade others to give up their seats. Someone gives up his seat and the passenger sits down.

OFFSOURCED GRABCAR CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVES UNFAIRLY SUSPENDED DRIVER IN FINANCIAL LIMBO

I am a grabcar driver, been driving grab since last year june 2015. Happily driving with them until one incident happened. During F1 peak period, alot of ping from rider. But i was in rush going home due to my son was sick rushing back home. So i drop my last customer at sophia road. And i gonna offline n rush back home. But the ping keep coming n coming non stop. So i kept cancelling, but still couldnt offline at all. So to stop this ping, i actually accepted the trips and end the trip. So i could offline. After few weeks, i received sms said that my account been suspended and told me go for appeal.

S’PORE AIRLINES TRIED TO “SCAM” MY MONEY WITH ITS 2-TO-GO PROMOTION

I've always have high regards on SIA's customer service quality as ‪#‎SIA‬ is one of the top airlines in the world. However, recent booking experience with SIA has disappointed me, a lot. My parents and I have made a booking on 6 Jan 2016 to BKK via SIA website. It was a 2-to-go promotion. During the entire booking process (including the booking confirmation), the total amount reflected on the website was $594.60. To our shock, when we received the confirmation email, the total amount stated was $714.60 instead!

CLIENT LECTURED BY SHENTON INSURANCE STAFF OVER MEDICAL CLAIMS ENQUIRY

I was very disappointed with your customer service SARA (SHENTON INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE) that served me on my return call on 29 December 2015 at around 11;30-12pm. I am very upset with the way she handle my call, my simple question of yes or no if i can resubmit the claim with the referral letter and invoice turns out to be a good lecture session for me. So i should not enquire and should study your policy instead? Already every time claiming is so hassle, and with this i just feel like i owe Shenton Insurance a living instead of them helping me.
