SPORTS HUB ANYHOW CANCEL MY JAY CHOU CONCERT TICKET BUT NO REPLACEMENT

I am utterly disappointed with your service rendered. I somehow managed to purchase the Jay Chou concert tickets online yesterday (23rd Feb) and even got my email confirmation and e-ticket. Shortly after, I received a call that my ticket needs to be void, as ticket sales should only start on 24th Feb (10am). Frankly, as a consumer, I wouldn't know if there were last minute changes to the ticket sale timeslot. To me, once my credit card get swiped, I would have assumed that my purchase is secured. The fact that the system accepted my payment and even issued the e-ticket, it would be a proof of purchase.

COLD STORAGE SOLD ME EXPIRED CUPCAKES BUT FAILED TO ADMIT FAULT PROPERLY

On 3rd February, a reader bought cupcakes from Cold Storage at TripleOne Somerset, not realizing that the cakes had expired. When she consumed the cupcakes later that same night, she ended up with diarrhea and vomiting and had to see a doctor the next day. She later woke up in the middle of the night with a strange sensation in her gut and ended up relieving herself in the bathroom.

According to the invoice my friend received, it states “YG999 / COLLECTIBLES / FIGURINE / DISPLAYS (NON TRADE-IN AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE)” Here, I got suspicious. Ho can real gold be sold at $18? And why is it not exchangeable?

IS GROUPON OVERWHELMED BY CHRISTMAS ORDERS OR IN DEEP TROUBLE?

I recently made purchases with Groupon but they have failed to deliver products. It's not just me alone, many others have not received theirs too. After much spamming on their FB page, they finally replied (with a templated reply in fact), claiming that their Customer Care Office is flooded with calls & emails thus they are unable to pick up any calls now or that their Customer Care & Social Media are of different teams. When we tried calling, we get automated reply saying that the office is closed (for 2 weeks now btw).
