I BOUGHT A TREADMILL THAT WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!

I started using the treadmill 2 days later but to my surprises. I found a cockroach near my shoes which I've placed on the treadmill after finished jogging for 30-60 min. Subsequently more were found and in total, I killed 8 adult cockroaches in 3 days around the treadmill and my air-con in that particular room we make it as our fitness room. Now which is a month later, my husband killed 10 baby cockroaches in the past few days wee morning. Till today which 1 week already we had killed countless baby cockroaches.

RESTAURANT REFUSED TO WAIVE OFF OUR BILL FOR SPOILT SEAFOOD

Terrible dining experience at serenity @ vivocity. My friend and I came into the serenity for dinner. We ordered foie gras and a seafood paella, the foie gras is not fresh and one of the mussel is spoilt, we inform the staff but he came back from the kitchen and told us thats how its suppose to taste. We then inform the manager but all he can offer was to give us 1 mussel which is ridiculous as the spoilt mussel could have contaminated the dish! As this is totally unacceptable we request the manager to waive off the dish and we will pay for the foie gras and leave, not sure if he was paying attention but when we request to waive off the seafood paella he said ok! We proceed to made payment but was shocked to find out we were still being billed for it!

LADY BOSS TELLS CUSTOMER: I PITY YOU FOR STAYING IN A HDB!

I went with my sister-in-law to buy baby cot at Baby Expo located at AMK Techplace 2. Baby cot arrived with many defects as shown. Whatsapp the lady boss Vivien the photos. At first she told me the small littles holes are staples holes and because the cot is made of wood, it will tends to crack. (I wondered WTF is she talking about. My baby cot, WHICH IS ALSO MADE OF WOOD, has been using for 6 years and still in good condition.) She even told me she'll only changed the side where there is defects, which means 1 panel to 1 panel, not the whole bed. After telling her many times it's on all 4 panels, she agreed to change.

BEWARE OF EXPEDIA’S PRICING SCAM

Even after giving my card details to 3 different support executives on 3 occasions the refund is yet to come through. And forget the voucher! And when I email them about it they just send an canned email saying I was not reachable on phone and ask me to give an alternate number. Even though everyone is able to reach me and my number is fine. Clearly they are not even calling me. And there is no need to call me as they can easily answer my email via email itself. I feel totally cheated and taken for a ride by this company. As a last option I am going to the small claims court myself to sue them soon.

3 years back I bought a groupon for eyebrow embroidery, after much sales talk (and obviously thinking the package is good), I signed up for a 4D embroidery package inclusive of 1 free touch-up. I was advised by the specialist I have to touch up within 1 year for it to be complimentary. As I went back more than a year later, I paid additional $80 for the touch up price. Specialist advised again that at anytime I feel the color ran off, I could go back and do my touch-up anytime at $80.
