I specifically informed your staff Leonardo that I want it to be nominated under my father's name. Which he said ok. But when my bill arrived I was not nominated under my father name for the discount. Moreover what's worse is that I was overcharged for not only my number but also my father's number which was under my name.

This my 3rd week of this job and I flip through my letter of appointment and found this clause: "If the Employee choose to work for a company in the same industry during this period, he/she shall be liable to pay an amount equivalent to one month’s salary, at the Employee’s last-drawn salary, to the Company, such amount to be considered the opportunity cost of training spent on the Employee."
