In that case, can he comment on the appointment of Lee Hsien Loong's personal lawyer, Lucien Wong, as AG? Was the Cabinet consulted and were they aware of potential conflict of interests in the appointment? And if they were aware, based on what criteria did they consider Lucien Wong suitable to take over as AG?

WHY DOES UOB ALLOW A REAL ESTATE AGENT TO BE A MORTGAGE BANKER?

It was discovered that this lady is an agent from ERA and also a Banker from UOB. Clearly it's a conflict of interest and CEA doesnt allows it. But not sure why she is approved by CEA to practise in the real estate industry and how does UOB ensures that there's no clash of interest given her double identity.
