A resident at Block 317C Yishun Avenue 9 has lodged a complaint online about the actions of a group of "rebellious young teenagers who is lack of family guidance". According to the resident, the youth regularly gather outside a particular unit on the 6th floor of the block and are wearing uniforms from Northland Secondary School.

These condoms change color when they come into contact with sexually transmitted infections borne by their users, according to a UK medical academy. The 'S.T.EYE' has a built-in indicator to detect infections such as chlamydia and syphilis, turning a different colour depending on the strain of bacteria present.

I went to take a walk outside Stamford Primary school and found a few empty wrappers of condoms and in the bushes across the road, used tissue paper, underwears and used condoms. This observation just made me sick, hopefully, its not involving the kids in this school.
