The residents are now seeking answers from MOM over this very damaging process on MOM's part.

A resident with a young 2-year daughter has to park in a normal car lot in a condominium in Thomson Road, due to the persistent parking by the condominium chairman. Passer-bys were horrified when she passed by Thomson Road today, Nov 6, and saw a woman sitting on the ledge at Cube 8 Condo, along Thomson Road. Non-landed private residential rental yield fell below 4 per cent last year, the Singapore Real Estate Exchange (SRX) said today (Jan 17). Overall, the median gross rental yield for non-landed private residential properties dropped from 4.2 per cent to 3.9 per cent last year.
