TAXI DRIVERS LOVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT GRABCAR BUT REFUSE TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE

Really tired of taxi driver who drives Comfort/Citicab etc. nowadays very hard to get a taxi on the road side. They would purposely put 'on call' and drives aimlessly just because they want that extra $2 - $3 booking fees, and everytime you ride on these taxis they keep on complaining they cannot make money etc, if you guys aren't choosy for destinations and greed for that extra booking fee, you could have make enough money. That is why now I boycott Comfort/Citicab etc. as much as possible, unless no choice.

KUDOS TO THIS COMFORT TAXI DRIVER FOR HIS SINCERE SERVICE

We went home as normal, when i was unpacking i realise i left my shopping plastic bag in the boot! I quickly call Comfort and told them about the matter, their staff Ronnie escalate the report very fast. I waited for not more than 5 mins uncle came, he stop and i opened the front door. He hand over me my shopping bag and i asked him how much? He sincerely replied no need boy, uncle sincere in coming back to return. I was surprise and felt very very appreciated by his action.

I would like to bring this matter to your attention because it seems Comfort Taxi Services are really getting from Bad to Worst nowadays! We had a bad encounter with this cab today, it was speeding while turning in to Ikea when he already see my Sis pushing a pram with Baby sleeping inside crossing the small road by the side. This RUDE & reckless driver even got the cheek to wind down the window & show hand sign, shouted & argue with my Sis.

Hello dear people of Facebook land. Do not take this cab SHA 1702 B. Short story, he was driving extremely hard ( Imagine the steering going from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock in a split second ) wheels screeching and all. I told him to back off and that its not a race. ANDROGYNOUS MAN MOCKED BY BIGOTED TAXI DRIVER FOR LOOKING GIRLY

I am a man who happens to look androgynous and have my long wet hair out and I am not a transgender nor a transvestite. The indian man drove away but to my surprise, he made a u-turn further down at owen road and passed me and yet did the 'limp-hands gesture of going back and forth to me.'' I felt really disturbed. TAXI DRIVER RUDELY DEMANDED ME TO CANCEL CAB BOOKING BECAUSE HE CANNOT FIND ME

At 856am today Tuesday July 21st 2015, I managed to book a cab via GrabTaxi to get me to work. At 902am he called and shouted, "EH I THINK YOU BETTER CANCEL THE BOOKING! CANCEL THE BOOKING! I CANNOT FIND YOU!" Which he then hung up before I could even say anything. I called him back, trying to tell him my location nicely and that I am just straight ahead, keep driving straight. He lashed back and said, "NO NO NO! IT'S OKAY! JUST CANCEL MY BOOKING! I CANNOT FIND YOU! GO BOOK ANOTHER CAB!" Hangs up again before I could even utter a word.

COMFORT SACKS ITS DRIVERS UNREASONABLY?

Firstly, if a hirer of Sonata taxi who is paying a rental of $105 is sacked, Comfort can immediately re-lease out the same taxi to a new hirer at $115...an additional rental income of $10 per day. In a year, Comfort gets an additional income of $3,600 per taxi. If 3,000 Sonata taxis are recycled to new hirers, an additional income of $10.8million is generated annually. Comfort has about 12,000 Sonata taxis to recycle and a large pool of anxious taxi drivers waiting to join them. Recycling only 3,000 Sonata taxi is an easy target to achieve. Therefore, in reality, they egregiously sack many of their Sonata drivers for the lucrative millions and certainly not to improve better customer service for passengers.
