According to a survey by UK-based car dealer Carspring, taxi fares in Singapore are actually the 20th cheapest in the world. The survey supposedly took into account many factors such as the cost to hail a taxi, to travel from city centre to the airport, and cost per km. Do you think it's accurate? If it's really that cheap we wouldn't have to tahan train delays everyday.

CAB DRIVER WHO CRASHED INTO PARKED CAR FIRED FOR DRIVING RECKLESSLY
In a statement, Comfort DelGro’s Group Corporate Communications Officer Tammy Tan said the CityCab taxi driver who was captured on video for reversing into a parked car at Redhill had been sacked. The accident happened in a carpark at Redhill. The dramatic footage showed the reversing taxi accelerate rapidly before hitting a stationary car. The video went viral after it was posted online on 4 April 2016.

Really tired of taxi driver who drives Comfort/Citicab etc. nowadays very hard to get a taxi on the road side. They would purposely put 'on call' and drives aimlessly just because they want that extra $2 - $3 booking fees, and everytime you ride on these taxis they keep on complaining they cannot make money etc, if you guys aren't choosy for destinations and greed for that extra booking fee, you could have make enough money. That is why now I boycott Comfort/Citicab etc. as much as possible, unless no choice.
