There is a viral Instagram video showing a male cyclist pushing the front wheel of his bicycle against a ginger cat. A few people can be heard off screen urging the cyclist on with cheers of "Let's go, let's go" before he moved towards the cat. The cat appeared to be shocked and scampered away. This Instagram stories was captioned with "I love cats..." The cyclist was confronted on Instagram for his actions, but he said he was "playing only" and the cat was not injured and "still live happily ever after."

28 years ago, CHC began with God's call to one man, who led a group of 20 youth who didn't know much or have much, but whose hearts were so full. 28 years later, we're still growing as a church, and we are purer and stronger than ever before. Thank you pioneers of City Harvest Church, and especially Pastor Kong Hee and Sun Ho, for courageously heeding the call of God upon your lives. We will continue to build what God has started, and is still doing through you. Let's keep praying for the five and their families. Let's keep loving God wholeheartedly, loving people fervently, and continue to live by the "Divine Priority" of seeking God's kingdom first!

When I tell my CG leader that I am stressed out, they can't do anything much and my mum tells them that I have anxiety issues, not realising that CHC and she coercing me to go are the cause of it. I even have a psychiatrist letter proving I have that condition. My mother however has it worse. Since attending CHC, she became very paranoid and very anxious. Anything that does not go her way smoothly, she will make the ridiculous claim that the Devil is acting against her, like having a minor car accident etc. Sometimes when she presses the wrong number on her mobile, she would blame the Devil for it. She keeps worrying about things and scolds me for being anxious when she in fact, is anxious herself!
