50 year-old cat lover Crystal Tan is offering $1000 for anyone with information on the culprits behind a gruesome case of animal abuse. Last Thursday, Tan was feeding stray cats at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 when she noticed that Boyboy, a ginger cat, was missing from his usual feeding spot. She searched for him and was horrified to find him lying motionless on a grass pit nearby. Boyboy was already having difficulty breathing and had a hole in its stomach. CAT KILLER ON THE LOOSE IN TELOK BLANGAH ESTATE

According to the Chinese papers, a mysterious cat killer has emerged in Telok Blangah housing estate. At one of the multi-storey carparks, the dead bodies of two stray cats were found, one of which had its throat slit. Neighbours revealed that these two cats were a familiar sight in the estate and were friendly with humans.
