A Grab passenger deliberately made her driver wait an hour as she did not want to pay for ERP charges. She said she should not be paying for ERP charges incurred before he picked her up. The driver cancelled the ride after getting sick of waiting.

Bought something online from Japan and reached Singapore this morning. Speedpost courier picked it up for delivery at 0913. At 1517, the status changed to unsuccessful delivery due to inclement weather. I have read online that many people are pissed off with Speedpost/Singpost services. Can Speedpost courier decides not to deliver because he/she thinks that there is inclement weather? I am not sure about other parts of the island but there is definitely no inclement weather in the area I stay.
