BUKIT BATOK RATS ARE BACK WITH A VENGEANCE!

Residents have reported seeing rats again, and the Choa Chu Kang Town Council, which is in charge of the affected estate, has also hired pest-control companies to tackle the infestation. However, residents said the measures taken by the pest-control companies were inadequate, as rat poison placed to kill the rats were often washed away by the rain. Residents have made several complaints to the Town Council, fearing a repeat of the December 2014 infestation near Bukit Batok MRT Station, in which more than 300 rats were found and killed.

BUKIT BATOK HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FAILS TO MATERIALISE DESPITE PAP’S PROMISES

Please see the attached photos. Bukit Batok HIP (Blk 201-211) selected for 2016, still not implemented! It was announced by David Ong during GE 2015. After we voted for him in 2015, he went to fuck girls and we heard no update on this issue. In the by-election earlier this year, our area voted for Murali, the PAP candidate. 2016 coming to a close liao...still no updates on the HIP project. Will our blocks ever get the HIP or must we wait till the next election for Murali to remember?

MAN CAUGHT URINATING INSIDE MRT TRAIN AT BUKIT BATOK

A man was caught urinating in the MRT train at Bukit Batok, in the direction towards Bukit Gombak this morning (Dec 12). Passengers noticed that the man had to hold onto the railing as he walked unsteadily into the cabin. The man stumbled towards the intersection where the cabins are joint, unzipped his pants and began to pee.

PRESCHOOL CHILDREN SCREENED FOR TB AFTER TEACHER FALLS SICK

It was reported that preschool children attending Little Green House at Bukit Batok were screened for latent tuberculosis (TB) on Wednesday (Aug 24). This comes after a teacher was diagnosed with the disease. The teacher had reported sick last Thursday. She was later diagnosed with TB.
