She says she was inspired by Cheryl Lee's post about her experience breastfeeding in public, which was photographed by a passerby and uploaded on the internet. I know that a picture of me breastfeeding is being shared right now. I am ok with it. Personally, I am not too bothered about it since I don't think it is wrong to breastfeed in public. I have a nursing cover, but my girl will cry and struggle when I use it. Those who suggest using a cover should try eating or drinking under a cover and see if you like it or not. I put my baby first so as long as she is comfortable and feeding well, I don't really care what others think. It isn't that hard to just look away if you don't like to see a baby drinking milk. I just want to dress up and be a normal woman while still being able to take care of my kids and their needs.

COMMUTER SCOLDS AND CHASES A MOTHER OFF MRT FOR BREASTFEEDING HUNGRY BABY

A reader has contributed a Facebook about an angry commuter who made a fuss on the MRT over another woman who was breastfeeding her hungry baby. She was unhappy that the mother was breastfeeding the baby in public and wanted her to stop. The poor mother wanted to respond, but didn't do so because she was afraid of disturbing her visibly frightened baby. Unhappy that the mother would not stop, the woman lodged a complaint with station staff and forced the mother off the train at the next station.
