FAMILY LOOKING FOR WITNESS AFTER PET DOG GETS HIT & RUN BY BLACK SUV

My family and I and are looking for eye witnesses for a hit and run accident that occured along Bishan St 13, infront of Blk 154 on the 17th of April 2017 at around 2215hr. The leash of my dog, Kyle, gave way and he ran straight to the road. Unfortunately, a black SUV went over both the hind legs of my dog. The driver stared at me for a good 5-7 seconds with a really pissed off face before even reversing as he was stationery over my dog. We have already made a police report and they have responded to us just today asking for eye witnesses so that can gather up more evidence.

What happened? No word forthcoming from the management of Junction 8, bar an apology to tenants and shoppers. How can a power trip lasts for up to 7 hours, without a solution found in the interim? Singapore's malls certainly not like it used to be.
