MAN SEEKS WITNESSES & VIDEO EVIDENCE AFTER BIKE WAS HIT & RUN IN TAMPINES

On 31st Jan 2017 around 720pm, I was heading to Tampines 1 for dinner and parked my bike at the carpark beside Tampines Bus Interchange (behind the row of shophouses where you see McDonald's, a pawnshop and a POSB Branch). It is a pretty narrow road and it is usually fill with cars during dinner time. I could only imagine how fast that driver was going in that narrow carpark by the damage on my bike. My front fairing cracked, side mirror detached, low beam light broke, clutch pedal dented and multiple scratches on the side fairing. I will not be able to file a claim against my own policy and can only hope I can find the driver involved.

MAN HOSPITALISED AFTER WILD BOAR DASHED ARCROSS BKE

A motorcyclist has been warded in the ICU of NUH after he tried to avoid a wild boar that dashed across the BKE on Sunday night (Nov 13). This happened on the BKE towards PIE, after the Dairy Farm Exit. It is likely that the motorcyclist had lost control of his bike when he tried to avoid hitting the animal. He skidded and landed in the right-most lane of the expressway.

Earlier this morning despite on his off duty day, our own medical crew has stepped forward in rendering first aid for a road traffic accident casualty while awaiting for 995 ambulance to arrive. Mr Abdillah whom is certified/trained in medical and emergencies offered his help to the casualty who was badly injured due to the accident. The casualty who was suffering from a dislocated right shoulder and a deep laceration cut on his left eye was found lying on the road near Selatar Link road this morning moaning in pain.

BIKER GIRL TO RIDE FROM SINGAPORE TO MT EVEREST BASE CAMP
