Your fellow Singaporeans fully knows that HDB is NOT a bank but always look at it as a government organization and a provider of cheap homes inasmuch as they know that the CPF Board is also not another bank but a vault that holds their savings till 55 years of age. We are children of Parents who may have been uneducated farmers and who stayed among fowls, pigs and bovines but we do surely know our true past and respect our forefathers.. We also do not call ourselves "sons of this or that" for we know the true tough life our parents went through in raising and educating us.

KOH POH KOON: HDB IS NOT A BANK, CONSIDER RENT OR SELL UR FLAT IF U CANNOT MAKE IT

For flat owners who have fallen on hard times, the Housing Development Board (HDB) may offered a temporary reduction or deferment of their mortgage instalLments to help with their financial situation. Minister of State for National Development Koh Poh Koon said that HDB offered several measures such as financial counselling and referrals to social support agencies for job placements and financial aid. Some female employees at a local home-grown bank are reportedly moonlighting by offering sexual services to clients, according to a Taiwanese living in Singapore. In a blog post in May, Kathy Chen asked if Singaporean bank employees really possess ‘high moral values’ and ‘integrity’ as claimed: “As a Taiwanese, and having stayed in Singapore for a brief period, I have discovered a few female employees from the same bank, UNITED OVERSEAS BANK SINGAPORE, but different branches, to be moonlighting as such, offering sexual services for a monthly compensation or per meeting compensation of SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 or SGD 400 to SGD 500 respectively.”

Reality is only a few jobs like investment banking, private banking and trading are making all the money. SG Banker Jobless After Forced to Resign by FT Manager

I have exhausted my resources and am expecting the writ of summons in a day or two, which will ultimately lead to my bankruptcy. I am trying to be positive to avoid depression. I left my prior banking job in 2013 due to the unpleasant work relationship with my superior. I worked with several bosses till the latest superior who is a FT turned PR. My performance rating was exceptional since I joined the company and the latter of average rating was given to me by my ex-FT boss. The reason being, I did not deliver the expectations where else in actual fact, I have actually contributed equally to all my team members.
