I dont usually waste my time to post any complains online but the incident which happened earlier was over the limit and I just feel the need to do this. W SINGAPORE RUIN MY CELEBRATIONS, ACCUSED US OF BEING NOISY BUT TOLERATE THE CULPRITS!

I booked a night stay of Away room at W Singapore for my husband birthday celebration. Upon checked in at 3.30pm, I could already hear the guests on my right blasting loud music and making a lot of noise. That didn't affect me as I understand it was still early and I left the room for somewhere else till I came back to the room at about 5.30pm. The loud music and noise continued.. Again, I was cool about it.

POOR SERVICE FROM S3 CYCLE – SO ARROGANT, THEY SEE PEOPLE NO UP!

S3 Cycle located at basement of Punggol Plaza. Feedback: Stupid customer service the both uncle have. My dad went down yesterday around 5pm wanted to change the bicycle tyre but the uncle there just ignore it doesnt want to change. My dad even ask him how much end up he doesnt give a damn on it. GLASS TOP OF MY TABLE EXPLODED, I ASKED IKEA WHY BUT THEIR REPLY WAS RIDICULOUS

So my family bought a GRANÅS Table from IKEA half a year ago... Two weeks ago, the glass top exploded on its own. Out of concern, I sent an email to IKEA Singapore (note: I was not seeking any form of compensation or refund for the table), hoping that they would look into this matter. The table was lightly used and served more as a deco in our house. First email response from IKEA was ridiculous and the subsequent ones... Let's just say they decided to add a bit more PR skills into it? In short, the final email from IKEA, IKEA claims that “it is not common for tempered glass to shatter, but fragility lies in the nature of all glass materials. Glass is generally fragile in material and depending on the purpose it is designed for, it must always be handled with care.”

CIRCLES.LIFE “HELP” ME BOOST DATA WHEN I HAVEN’T EXCEED MY DATA USAGE!

I've sign up for the new service provider called Circle Life on 28July, and on the 29July i've start using and they send me a text message saying i've use up my data usage and they boost 100MB for me.. I was like why do u need to boost for me when i have 4GB of data? I went to the live chat and ask them, they told me that they didn't see any boosting of my data, after which i show them the message and the invoice bill, after that they told me its an system error. HARVEY NORMAN TOOK 8 MONTHS TO DELIVER MY DINING TABLE WITH DEFECTIVE CHAIRS

I'm writing to express my anger with Harvey Norman. Harvey Norman is a furniture retailer, that you would know since they tend to advertise a lot. But today I'd like to warn against shopping at this retailer, for it has been all but a series of disappointment and inconvenience. On the 6th December 2015, my family bought no less than 10k worth of furniture in anticipation for the move in to our new home. The day before the agreed delivery in Dec they notified us that the beds and dining chairs were damaged and thus unfit for delivery. Therefore, they sent our dining table (with no chairs) to our brand new house. They gave us some loan chairs (only after we asked for it, were they expecting us to stand and eat?) and received them but they were torn and in terrible condition. We decided to be gracious when they promised us delivery before Christmas. Yet, we were once again disappointed when we were notified that they ran out of stock for our dining chairs.

STAFF AT CHEERS CHASED US OUT EVEN THO THEY WERE STILL OPEN!

On 24/07/2016 at about 10pm, my wife and i were going to collect our parcel by DHL at Cheers bugis mrt outlet. Upon arriving, we were chased out by the staff on duty saying it's beyond their operating hours. Minutes after, i called back to check if i could collect my parcel as i found out from http://www.cheers.com.sg/web/store_location.jsp that the store hours were actually till 11pm. The duty personel agreed acknowledged and so my wife whom is pregnant, went back to the store only to received bad customer service and even got reprimanded by your staff.
