AGGRESSIVE TAN TOCK SENG SECURITY GUARD HARASSED ME & MY FAMILY

I entered the ward and went straight to the doctor to continue our discussion but this security guard Matthew continued to harass me at the door insisting and debating that I should not ask him to walk faster. Is this the way how professional security guard should behave? Basically, he was paid to be security guard to be there to do his job and I have already exchanged for the f**king 15 minutes Pagar so it was definitely not my fault when he was not there to open the door for me.

COCA RESTAURANT STAFF COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THE SAFETY OF OUR BABY

My wife has made reservation and clearly stated 5 pax with 1 baby in a pram. Your staff if i need a high chair to which i decline. Upon my arrival at the restaurant in ngee ann city, your staff Alex told her to park the pram at the entrance, which she said she couldn't as my baby will be in the pram. He proceeded to tell her that the table allocated to me has no clear path for a stroller. He obviously thinks that all babies born out of the womb can sit from day 1!!!!

So here’s what happened. As christmas is approaching, I get a lot of sales that requires express orders and just so happens a few of my products were out of stock. Therefore I made an order from my supplier. He ordered express delivery for me using NinjaVan’s logistic service on 14th Dec 2015. Which guarantees me that I will receive the parcel on 15th Dec 2015, 9am to 2pm.

WHY IS OCBC ARBITRARILY CHARGING USERS CURRENCY CONVERSION FEES?

Local banks have recently implemented "currency conversion fees" when their credit cards are used for overseas purchases. I had used my OCBC credit card for purchases overseas - once at Amazon.com and the other with Paypal. Both times, when asked by Amazon and Paypal if I wanted to pay in Sing Dollars rather than U.S Dollars, I decided to pay in Sing Dollars knowing that there would be "currency conversion fees" if I paid in U.S Dollars. When the credit card statements came, I discovered I was still charged for currency conversion even though NO conversion was done by OCBC since I paid in Sing Dollars.
