LAUNDRY SHOP WASHED MY COAT BUT LOST MY BELT IN THE PROCESS

My unhappy experience with Kleenwash laundry in Yew Tee. I sent my winter coat with belt and hat to wash on 26 Dec 16 for dry cleaning. I noticed the bill i received did not write any hat or belt on it and already reluctant to leave it with Kleenwash but I never take my concerns seriously and decided to leave my coat as it is with them thinking Kleenwash is professional. I collected my coat on 8 Jan 17 not really checking in 8detail as it was packed nicely in the laundry plastic. The following week I flew straight to Japan and tuck my coat in my luggage together with the laundry plastic.

PRC BUS DRIVER INSULTS S'PORE MOTHER STRUGGLING WITH BABY PRAM

On 07/01/2016 , 5pm, my wife brought my 1.5 yr old son out and she took bus 106 (SMB3515Y). My wife was pushing a baby pram. While I do understand that under the rules, the baby pram needs to be folded and carried up into the bus. But my wife needs to carry my baby and other stuff, why can't the staff help? Instead, the driver insisted that my wife do everything by herself or find others to help.

UNTRAINED STAFF, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IKEA

This is a complain regarding on the service provided by IKEA. IKEA never accomplish what it promises to its customer. Hence, disappoints me and my family. We ordered a closets with 200cm in length. However, during the installation, two of it wood are cracked which leads to only half of the closet are fix and the other half needed to reschedule.

NINJAVAN COMPLAINT #2: DELIVERY KEEPS GETTING LATER & LATER

I made a purchase via Lazada on 11 Nov. It was mentioned the delivery will be between 12 Nov and 16 Nov. As I visit Ninja Van website regularly to keep track of my items, I could see the dates they estimated to deliver. The estimated date changes daily. From 12 Nov to 14Nov, 15 Nov, 16 Nov, 17 Nov and 18 Nov.

NINJAVAN FOOLED ME 3 TIMES!

I called up again as I did not receive my parcel. The staff told me that the parcel is still at their warehouse. Asked to speak to the manager, they said manager not in the office, asked to speak to any Person In Charge, also not in the office! The best is she said "wait" and in the end she did not come back to me and let me listen to music for 15mins! So rude! I really give up and really feeling hopeless!!

Firstly the reason I go back to Marina Bay Sands as the first experience is wonderful. my second trip on 30/8/16 is utterly disappointing despite giving allowance. service man TAT is attentive and responsive , other than that my experience is perhaps bad luck which happen to me only .
