PRC tourists have been known to cause trouble while on holiday, and this latest incident serves only to remind host countries about the kind of havoc some PRC tourists can cause. According to the South China Morning Post, 6 PRC tourists reportedly tried to storm a plane and beat up 7 ground crew members after their flight bound for Beijing was delayed for more than 6 hours.

Whenever foreigners misbehaves, Singaporeans must always self-reflect and think maybe we are wrong ... Whenever Singaporeans misbehaves we blame it on ourselves not anyone elses, so foreigners can't do no wrong? The foreigners are the ones who should watch their manners because they are guests here.

I was queuing up in the Hans cafe at Holland today with colleagues. As the cafe was very crowded, and we saw this lady sitting alone at a table of 6, we asked her politely if she would mind sharing a table with us. She told us that the seats at her table were taken, so my colleague said it was ok and moved off. But I was very suspicious of her because she didn't look like she came along with anybody. She had been sitting at the table for a while and had already begun her food. So we waited, and then we realized that for the next few minutes no one came over to sit at her table and no one even spoke a word to her!

A teenager has been blacklisted by China's top tourism authority after he was found to have sat on the head of a statue of a female Red Army soldier while posing for photos. According to Thai media, Lion Air staff in Thailand confirmed that a Thai woman who tried to stop 2 PRC women from jumping the queue had been beaten up and injured by the 2 offenders. In the video, security guards had already separated the 3 women. However, the 2 PRC women were still aggressive and were shown chasing and throwing hits at the Thai woman. Security had to take them to the police station and transfer them to the next available flight. Lion Air also mentioned that the Thai woman was queuing for a flight scheduled at 10:00, while the 2 PRC women were scheduled for the 11:00 boarding.
