BEWARE OF VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NORTHPOINT CHALLENGER

Very bad service at challenger. "Product/Service" was written on their facebook, but they only offer VERY BAD SERVICE at 12.20pm 26th Feb 2016, 3rd floor Northpoint challenger. The younger lady store attendant blatantly lied that they do not have a USB cable that I need, yet after 5mins of searching I found it. I approached the male staff with a smile and said "Hi", before I could complete my sentence he rudely cut me off with a "IM NOT FREE, IM NOT FREE HOR, IM VERY BUSY NOW HOR!" while showing me his palm in my face. However he was not busy anymore just 2mins later because he can show another customer to the cashier and joke with him. I'm appalled that Challenger allow such customer service, lying, rude behaviors and showing different attitude to customers depending on their choice.

Foremost, This Malay delivery guy called me and told me that my parcel is here BUT he needs me to go down and collect it personally and if I dont, he will need to leave the premises as nobody is looking after his truck of goods. Look after? You mean the whole truck will be stolen just because you did a delivery??

CRAB IN DA BAG CHECKS UP ON CUSTOMER'S WORKPLACE AFTER GIVEN A BAD REVIEW

Who knew a simple review would blow out of proportion after the management of crab in da bag responded to her complaint by playing the victim and defending themselves with CCTV footage of their customer's experience. But the most low blow was that crab in da bag actually went to find out personal details of the customer and even brought up her workplace and said that they have always supported Citibank promotions and she should not have given them such a shallow review.

SINGAPOREAN WOMEN MORE DESIRABLE BUT A BAD INVESTMENT FOR LOCAL MEN

There are talks about foreign women scamming Singaporean men. Foreign bride scandals and prostitute’s honey trap. The supply and demand for sex is constant throughout human history. I have a theory to explain why this is happening in Singapore; Singapore’s system wants to protect women. All women regardless of race, language and religion, unfortunately it also gives incentive for exploiting Singaporean men.

Use of smartphones leaves people disengaged

People can now leave their offices without fear of being disconnected from their work. Indeed, many would consider smartphones to be among the most important tools ever invented, when it comes to increasing the productivity of knowledge work. However, our new research indicates that greater connectivity comes at a cost: Using a smartphone to cram more work into a given evening results in less work done the next day. The reason for this is that smartphones are bad for sleep, and sleep is very important to effectiveness as an employee.
