Covid19: S'poreans Frustrated Over MND's OneService App In Reporting People Who Flout CB Rules

I have encountered some difficulties to report breaching of Circuit Breaker Measures and I believe a lot of people are sharing the same frustration judging from the comments on the Google Play Store for the One Service App. Is the One Service App just a token gesture by the government to pretend to collect feedback from Singaporeans, when in actual fact, it is just for show and they can't be bothered to take real action with the feedback that was given to them?

And over the past several weeks, dozens of women in Singapore have had their pictures on social media stolen, doctored and uploaded to a sex forum. Some of these pictures have been compiled and recirculated on pornographic sites, with more additions every day. The photos were doctored to make them appear in the nude via the DeepNude app.

GRABHITCH & RYDE APPS ARE DRIVING UP COE PRICES!

LTA should either ban or restrict to two hitched rides that both passengers and drivers can take per day. Reason being, Grabhitch and RYDE are rode hitching apps where people can hitch onto a driver's car along the way but this flaw has caused drivers to accept unlimited hitched jobs per day.

Today I took a taxi (trans cab SHD5821Z) at orchard area. It was a short distance to a friends condo to pick up a document so even though I had to pay the extra 3 dollars CBD charges and extra 25 percent and erp, I still have to do it because I was rushing for time. When I arrived at the location, I had to wait for a few mins.

After a min, I told the driver please drive around the compound because I cant see my contact at the location we stopped at. The driver talk back in Chinese ”你这样拖我的时间啊” "you are dragging my time"

So the fact is this, I don't give a fxxx if you gonna wait 10 mins or more Cus lim peh am still paying and you give me face and attitude within 2 mins of waiting? These drivers and this so called taxi service is why we hate taxis so much. Do I owe them a living or I owe them money?

GRAB DRIVER APP CANCELS MY BOOKINGS WHEN I TOGGLE BTW APPS

there is an ongoing problem with the driver's app which grab has not resolved. I believe resolving it will really help and motivate the drivers a lot.

when i turn on the apps on my Android phone, while waiting for booking, i will use my phone and toggle between different functions of my phone.

I will go to the grab driver's apps, the booking wont be shown and the next thing is the apps will be locked cos it will be deem that I didnt accept the booking.

this is very frustrating cos i want the trip (after all, i am waiting for a trip) and I get my trip cancellation % affected of no fault of mine.
